If you receive green certificate stating drug presence but no certificate stating the level of concentration what happens next. Do the gards receive a more detailed certificate.

Does it mean presence but below the thresholds set for impairment

What thresholds? My understanding is there are none.

Yeh I've read that but that still doesn't answer whether when you receive the certificate and if it doesn't attach the level concentration does that just mean presence of drugs but not at the level to warrant proceedings. I'm reading the gards receive the identical report or do they receive the breakdown of the levels as well.
