I hope to be moving to Dungarvan soon. are there any areas I should avoid. I see there are alot of houses for sale in Town Court and also Monksfield and the prices are vastly different. Any reason why?? Any help would be great. Thank you

Hi, we moved to dungarvan about 18 months ago and bought a brand new home in shandon. It's considdered undesirable but we're very happy here. Great neighbours and a 10 minute walk from town centre. I really don't think anywheres too bad. Abbeyside is beautiful if you can afford it.
