Hi I'm hoping I'm in the correct category, we are in the process of switching lenders. Going from a vulture fund to our credit union. We got a mail on Friday to say our solicitor has received the title deeds so I'm just looking for a rough idea as to what happens next and how long before it is finalised? Thanks.
