If you're into new innovative gear like me, maybe check this out. UI like a theremin, but looks to be so much more, interested to see where it goes. (it's not yet available to purchase btw)

I've been a vinyl DJ over 25 years but I keep an eye on some of the tech for DJing and dabble with friend's gear. The two things that have me interested in the digital realm are

    Phase

Pros - Same tactile feel as vinyl. No needle skips, ever.

Cons - I would need to add a laptop to my already bulging gear stack. I don't own a laptop so that's added expense too.

    Mixstream Pro

Pros - It's all in one. Can play directly off a USB, it's still being updated with new Firmware to add more features like improved FX, screen layout options etc and the price point is pretty attractive.

Cons - 'Only' 4 pads, though can be toggled to make 8. The pitch fader is very short. Would make it tricky to dial in mixes. No booth out.
