Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The Huawei 5G Cpe pro 5 is the router that eir supply for their mobile 5G broadband service, does anyone know if you can connect an external antenna to it and how many antenna sockets has it ? I'm currently using a TP Link router with and external antenna ( via Rural WiFi) and two cables come from the antenna into two sockets on the router ( SMA connections), was wondering if this antenna would work with the Pro 5 ?

Bit late in reply. Just bought one myself and erroneously assumed that it would have external antenna connectors. But no.

Read towards the end of this link.

Also just realised, from Amazon reviews, that my B818 4G takes a standard phone line so, if using a talk/data sim, one can make phonecalls using a normal landline handset. Irish connector, not BT. Tried it last night, works great.

Using call function for last decade, international calls. Very handy, especially for those with "gold value" now old PAYG contracts where you keep credits…. while it last
Router network need to be in "Auto" mode as calling still drop to 3G
