Jarmet Sprayer Problem

After getting the sprayer out of hibernation and its finding it hard to build up pressure….its weak pressure and pulsing…

Just had a look at the pressure gauge to begin with as no leaks anywhere……oil made its way up out of the socket pressure gauge fits into….I presume that should be water? So would I be right in saying there's a seal or diaphragm or something of that nature gone in the pump or has anyone had similar issue before?

I had same issue last week with a different make sprayer. I just had to adjust the pressure and hey presto it was working fine. I did top up the oil with an egg cupful beforehand.

See the green cover in image above. some times this could do with a very small pump.

What exactly is that green air inlet for and what sort of psi does it need to be ?

Yep, I had that up around 2 bar

No the pump is in all likelihood fucked....Ill have to take it off and go pricking with diaphragms most likely
