Broke up with my wife, house solely in my name. If I meet someone else and they will move in, how do I protect myself from getting caught to pay out again. I doubt very much I will marry again, want to keep home for kids. If I meet a new partner and they move in, how do I stop them having claim on house

The answer is, you lock it up in a cohabiting agreement. Not very romantic, but in your circumstances, a good idea.
