Virgin WiFi/ BitBuzz - too many devices registered

    Hello all, when connecting to WiFi networks its common to use a randomized MAC address to avoid tracking, its easy to enable on Android/ Linux. Unfortunately MAC address seems to be how Virgin Media prevent a free-for-all when connecting via BitBuzz to networks in cafes etc. It says to contact tech support, easier said then done of course.

    Anyone have an actual email address for virgin media in order to reset/ clear the devices registered against their account?
