    Hooked again! The contestants are all lovely, the new judges are genuinely nice. Even Jamie Oliver and Po weren't too annoying. Sofia is incredibly likeable, and Jean-Christophe seems very down to earth (especially for a Michelin-starred chef).

    The standard was ridiculously high too. The winning dish looked amazing.

    I was exhausted after the first 15 minutes. The energy levels are through the roof.

    I think this has the early signs of a great season.

    Watched it too. I am a Jamie fan anyway so glad to see him there for a couple of weeks in this series. Forgot Melissa wasn't in the new season- not sorry about that tbh

    Each season the standard gets higher. Looking forward to this season

    I'm eating my words a little bit.. I dropped off hard in early May and never went back.

    I think it's the time investment that's putting me off.

    For those still watching, how is it this year?

    It's OK. Not many outside challenges with regular people which there used to be. Usual rounds of taste tests, relays, time auction etc.

    Down to the final 5 now. A couple in it that I thought would be gone in earlier rounds. Have 2 favourites so hopefully the winner is one of those - 1 I thought would make it to the end and 1 I thought would be gone ages ago!
