    HI all . Am a bloke in late 40s who has no ties. Have a semi d house with €155,000 left on morgage that won't be paid of until am 70, my dilemma is am thinking of selling up an paying of morgage (will have 100000 between sale and savings)and travel around italy Spain,Portugal to look to buy a small house. If that doesn't work out then I come back and buy a modular/house. Advice needed am I mad.
