Tap leak - Mixer with levers

    Hi all,

I have the following Sonas mixer tap:

    https://www.sonasbathrooms.com/en/traditional-basin-mixer.html

The tap has developed a slow leak and I've narrowed the problem down to the hot side. Wiggling the lever on that side stops the leak. When I undo the cap on the lever I can see a screw (see image). Tightening the screw does not resolve the problem.

Am I supposed to remove the screw completely and somehow pull out the whole lever/assembly? Apparently, this tap uses a "Spindle Operated Cartridge", whatever that means.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
