Hogget Hurt Hip

Hogget managed to get her leg caught in electric poly wire. Found her on ground getting an electric shock every few seconds. Could have been there for up to an hour. Leg cut but not too bad. She has gotten pain relief and antibiotics and i bandaged up her leg but. However her legs seems to give way under her if she trys to walk. Brought her into shed and she is eating and seems fine. Can even get her to stand and she puts weight on leg but as soon as she starts to move the whole leg goes out at the back. Leg doesnt seem to be broken unless its the hip. She also doesent seem in pain when it goes out as she quite happily sits there with leg out the back and eats away. Could hip be dislocated or any other ideas. If so anything I can do or what's prognosis.
