EIR LAN port ethernet cable not working

    A picture of the modem attached.

    The wifi works perfectly so there is data being received but I'm not able to get the data via a cable.

    None of them work? I'd try a new cable, and then check if they've been disabled by logging into the router locally over WiFi

    Does the associated LED light up for the port either on the modem or on the laptop at all? Does it show a link-up in Windows when it's plugged-in?
