Has anyone been able to do a return on Boohoo Man?

Hi folks. I have a jacket to return to BooHoo Man but when I follow the process it brings me to a 404 page on the ParcelConnect site. When I use the ParcelConnect site manually I can select Boohoo, but not Boohoo Man (they are distinct sites and I do not have a login on the Boohoo site, just boohooman.com). Naturally when I put in my order info it says the order is not found.

So I'm wondering if anyone has successfully managed to book a return with boohooman.com? If so could you please share a link? Everything on their site is either for the UK site or the boohoo.com process.
