My Day / Night smart meter was installed a couple of months ago. My plan is to better understand my usage for a while before considering a change to a smart plan.

I presumed that my bills would now be based on exact use even if I didn't move to a plan but my most recent bill is still an estimate. I can see my usage on the ESB Networks website.

SSE Airtricity have emailed me asking if I want to move to a Time of Use tariffs? A choice of two types Interval and Non Interval. Are they smart plans or do I need to sign up to one of them for SSE to start using my meter for billing?
