Documents for marrying again after divorce?

    I did a DIY divorce with my ex a few years back in Smithfield. I used irishdivorceservices.ie. Everything went very smoothly but we had no children or joint assets and helped each other through the process.

    I have since met someone and I am living abroad. I will probably getting married again in the near future.

    I am wondering what documentation I need from the family court in Smithfield for this?

    I have made an appointment with the court to request a copy of the court order next time I'm home in Ireland. Is this enough or do I need something else?

    I'd imagine all you need is your decree of divorce, really.
