Who Respectable is cut up and removed tree that was on my land fell into Neighbor field in bad weather ? Legally I was told it neighbour problem by friend is that right

It's possibly going to provide you with enough firewood to offset the cost of getting it cut up.

Just contact the neighbour before going into their place

Is easy enough to just say "1 of my trees fell into your field/property. Would you like me to cut it up and remove it?"
