Where to get Baikal 12g O/U choke key

Hi all,

I bought a second hand Baikal O/U and I love the gun. However, the choke key that was provided does not fit the fixed/flush chokes that are in the barrels. Is it possible to get a new key and if so, where?

Hi Gorteen , you can purchase them from www.toparsenal.net , I’ve got lots of bits off them over the years & they are very satisfactory to deal with .

Also , with a small bit of modification a choke key for a Mossberg 500/Maverick 88 will also work .

Id just go to nearest gun dealer and they'll have any amount of keys to fit the chokes.Save alot of messing about on web and maybe ending up with wrong 1

As ASUS said go to your local dealer. They should have a key to suit. I got one from my local dealer for a Baikal. It was about 10 or 15 euro.

Agree with Ghost and Asus, quicker and likely similarly priced after shipping.

If you do decide to get it from an online shop yes it is legal, it is a nothing as far as firearms/imports go, since it is not an essential component, or firearm under any definition so no import permit needed either, it's just an accessory in the same class as a sling or a cartridge bag.
