    I am a student in WIT phase 6 apprentice, looking like I have been scammed of €1050 by the owner of a property in Templars Hall, Waterford, when I arrived at the viewing the lights were not working, electrical fault, it was about dusk, I foolishly handed over €525 and made an EFT of €525 , I arrived on Easter Monday night and place stank of weed, kitchen was filthy, my bed was torn and broken, the bathroom was disgusting, I was afraid the Garda would raid the place so I left after 4 hours, contacted the landlord early next morning, explaining I couldn't stay there and sent him pictures, he said he was abroad but would contact me on the Friday. He did but is refusing to refund the money or give me his address. Where do I stand...Any advice appreciated
