    IH Sale Statz show overall Irish property sale prices at an average €352k for the month of March 2024, a 1.43% increase from the previous month of February. However average sale prices are still shown to be below the high of December 2023.

    As of March 2024, Dublin remained the most expensive county with a 12 month average property sale price of €455k. Wicklow and Kildare are the second and third most expensive counties, with 12 month average property sale prices of €448k and €395k.
