Unsecured funding for home energy upgrades

    One of the one stop shop crowd mentioned that the banks are going to bring in unsecured funding at very good rates in a few months to cover the gap between the grant and the home energy upgrades cost to encourage people to get it done. Is there anything mentioned about this from reputable sources who might have an idea how things will operate?
