    what opening read and estimated read is on the bill?

    What is the MCC code? (MCC01, MCC12, etc)

    Were they using electrical heating or do they have gas heating, and what about water and showers? What size is the house, what BER and how many students?

    A start would be to simply get a meter reading and have the bill amended. You've nonidea how insane the bill is without a reading.
