My daughter went travelling this year, leaving her car behind. Husband has bought it from her for my son, but how do I get it signed over to him in her absence? She won't be back for a few months and I'd also like to use it myself so I need to get it taxed NCT'd and insured. I'm not sure in what order I would need to do…

Just fill in his details on the logbook and sign it for her. Just write her name in the signature box if you want
