My wife’s home house has come into our ownership and we’re starting a refurbishment.

We were wondering what maps or resources would be out there to see how long it’s been standing/recorded. Her family are recorded there in the 1854 Griffith valuation but the spoken history puts them there well before that, and they purchased the house from a family who ran a flax and corn mill locally. Spoken record puts the house at 1750’ish

    Any ideas appreciated
