    Can anyone recommend a driver with a mini digger, looking to get some garden work done and top soil removed

    Main question, where are you? Best bet would be to ask around neighbours for recommendations. Or you could go into one of the local hire centres and see if they have any lists/cards/recommendations (they won't really give you recommendations, but might give you names) of local drivers.
