I have a toddlers & it fixs to the little iso fix in the seats ,
The problem i have is it seems one of the arms was not attached & one of the older kids was messing jumping in the seat (car was parked) so the arm attached has latched on so tight i can't remove it , I reckon it twisted and clamped down tighter,

Is there any way to get them to unlock when they are so tight or is it just a case to remove it i will now need to break it,

I haven't played with Isofix in a while now but the normal addition of crumbs, bananas, yoghurt and silly snakes into the mechanism may have messed up it's ability to unlatch. I'd try one of the universal solvents of all things kid related. Give it an internal blast of WD40 after covering off the surrounding fabrics with copious rags and let it sit for 15 mins. If it does free it up then wash off the Isofix components and dry well afterwards.

Try fitting back the side that does release and then work on the problem side. Maybe get one of the kids sitting in it as well.

Good idea about sticking one of the kids in it ,
