VRT on N.I. car pre 2021

    I've bought a car from the North which was in the North for a few years prior to 2021, not sure exactly how long though. I got the full V5C at sale but the VRT are looking for proof that the car was in NI prior to 2021, ideally proof of insurance, tax, MOT etc. The previous owner only bought the car in 2022 so they have no proof as it was even serviced themselves etc. They passed along the contact details for the owner before him who owned the car pre 2021 but they don't have any proof either. I can't find MOT history online, nor tax, and the previous owner before the seller I bought it from asked their insurance company at the time for proof but they claim they only keep records for 2 years so they couldn't help. Has anybody got any ideas? Thanks.
