Alu clad windows - any issues with mould / wood?

Hi, looking to replace windows in a 1940’s house (dry lined downstairs, full internal wall insulation upstairs). I believe new windows are great for improving draughts / helping to ‘seal’ the house, but on the downside lack of ventilation can lead to a build up of condensation and mould. We are looking at alu clad windows with a built in vent, which are designed to allow for air circulation to remove risk of condensation / mould and potential damage to the wood interior. Does anyone know if this ventilation is effective? Do you then lose the benefit of your triple glazed A+ rated windows if you need to have a vent to allow air to circulate? Many thanks.

How are you planning on venting the house?
