So my daughter got stopped at a checkpoint and blew over the drink limit. She is due to be issued with a FPN and a 3 months ban. Question for anyone in the know, does she need to inform her insurance company immediately or only when she actually receives the formal notice in the post. TIA

I’d wait until you receive the formal notice in the post, your insurance company might want proof for whatever reason and there is also no proof in general until it’s in writing 🤷🏻‍♂️
