Tried to research as much as I can but just want to be 100% sure as the parts are expensive. It's a Santa Fé 2008 CRDi 2188cc 4x4 110kw. Mechanic reckons the flywheel is on the way out, recommends to change the clutch at the same time. He prices a Luk replacement for €1700.

I can get this flywheel for €500. https://www.auto-doc.ie/japanparts/2172791 Website says it will fit my jeep but won't have any chance of refund if it won't fit, it's off adverts.

For the clutch I'll have to buy it new. Presume using the same brand would be best, I think they're a decent brand? My jeep is a 5 speed and this says 6 speed, is this a problem?

    Thanks.

Cheers for the reply. I had a look alright. They only had one Luk flywheel for €750 and the clutch kit is minimum €416. For what i can see Japanparts have a good rep and should be better than Luk. What i'm getting seems to be a good deal i think but I just want to make sure it'll fit.

Give Stephen in SC Autoparts. He is the best around for clutch and flywheel kits.
