    Does it make a difference who you go with?

    Based on an initial google search I was going to proceed with Bonkers.ie

    There are so many out there, speak to someone who went through a broker recently. Most brokers may know way to get around, speed up things. Many have become brokers in the past year or so in the booming market.

    What I liked with my broker was they have software/tools to manage docs, communications, meetings etc. felt very organized as tracking/sharing docs in email is difficult.

    But they had a small charge as well which is unlike most.
