Can anyone recommend a solicitor that might do pro bono work in Dublin for a person seeking advice in a legal matter

    We can't recommend anyone specifically.

If it you charged with an offense, you can usually get free legal aid. Many solicitor firms participate in the scheme. https://www.gov.ie/en/publication/63e826-criminal-legal-aidadvice/?referrer=https://www.justice.ie/en/JELR/Pages/WP15000204

FLAC www.flac.ie will provide assistance in certain situations or there is www.legalaidboard.ie for certain situations.

Some firms may be willing to not charge for a first consultation.

Other than that, some firms may be willing to operate on a 'no foal, no fee' basis, but that might not be suitable for your situation.

Im not charged with any offence .the lawsociety had a legal aid system but you have to go to a charity voluntary organisation to be accepted for the aid
