hi could someone try explain the difference please. My ex partner made a false allegation against me and a baring order was made against me while I was abroad so now I can’t even return home I’ve a court date in a couple months but it says she’s going for a protection order what’s the difference please and would I be able…

thanks I did have a read of this but I’m still a bit confused.. for example why would they go for a safety order that says I can be at the home and not a baring order
