    Hi I am thinking of buying a property at Tallow Hall in Tallaght. I am concerned as I heard there's major work to be carried out by the management company not just to Tallow but the various apartments blocks also managed by the same OMC .The costs of these repairs are huge and will fall on the owners , investors in the form of levies and increased management fees . Has anyone any information on this .
