    Hi

I was driving my car on a narrow regional road when I meet a bus . We both stopped and then proceeded slowly. My mirror put a small scrap on the bus when this happened the bus was stationary but was on my side of the white line , so the wrong side of the road . Who is at fault??

A stationary vehicle cant be at fault, it's yours.

Sounds like your fault. Hopefully the bus driver either doesn't care or it is a cheap repair. Good lesson on why my parents used to pull the wing mirrors in on narrow road ways as they passed others in similar situations.

Presuming your vehicle was smaller than the bus, your mistake was to move if the bus didn't pull in far enough to allow you to pass. Next time, pull in as far as you can and leave it to the professional driver oto negotiate the pass
