How to remove cement from cobblelock driveway

Hi, A few months ago builders done work and left a mess on driveway. (See below). Why they didn’t put a plastic sheet underneath is anyone’s guess. Very Sloppy. This is even after a professional powerwash company done a good job removing other bits with the recommended product below. Any other products out there that might…

get them re remove it. It’s on them

The best option might be just to flip the blocks.
