    I am looking for a template online for a deed poll of name change in Gaeilge and English to make a bilingual document (to be used in NI and the rest of the UK). My Gaeilge is not strong enough to make sure I can write it myself as being grammatically and formally sound. If anyone can help (as I'm struggling to find one myself online) to find a good template in Gaeilge to use, that would be grand!
