Expressway 51 Galway to Limerick

Hello,

Does anyone know if the number 51 bus from Galway to Cork (or vice versa) stills goes into Limerick on the Ennis Road and picks people up near the Gaelic Grounds? Or does it go a different way now?

I tried their customer service but all the know is that the first official stop is the airport.

The clue is in the name: EXPRESSway buses don't stop at every lamppost.

There is nothing obvious about what I was asking.

I don’t know the route it takes in and out of Limerick. I don’t know if the drivers are usually willingly or even obliged to stop if you signal to them if they go by that stop. Etc.

Nothing for me to be embarrassed about.

You don't need to know the route, the route is totally irrelevant because it is an EXPRESS bus. This is totally obvious from the name of the service.

The reason that no one else answered was because the clear and concise information had been helpfully provided by someone in the Limerick forum.
