Conference Room Setup

I've been asked to setup a conference room at work.

They want 2 screens side by side. Webcam & microphone/speaker above. Users need to be able to control both (use as external monitors) from devices they bring themselves.

I'd like to avoid an absolute mess of cables/adapters lying everywhere to allow any laptop to connect to both screens.

Is it possible to connect wirelessly to both screens from a windows laptop? and to extend the display to both? ie have different open windows on each screen?

Hope the query makes sense, appreciate any advice/info given.

    Cheers
