Buying a guitar from Germany

    Thinking of buying a guitar ( 400Euro) from a music shop in Germany ( Not Thomann) will I have to pay VAT or any tax on it when it arrives ?

    Should be nothing for you to pay. I recently bought a guitar from Anderton's in England, they took off the UK VAT, I paid the Irish VAT & Customs .
