MS Outlook help :Quicksteps to create an email with attachments

I am required to send personalised email using outlook to different clients, using same attachments. Each time I click insert, browse on pc, attach pdf files from computer etc and then send. Is there a short cut/quick steps where I save these pdf files as attachments on outlook to send with the emails?
