iPad 9th gen stuck in bootloop

Well it was previously, when I went through the reset process with iTunes laptop it still didn't fix it .
Now it's stuck on this screen. Tried everything on the link suggested but nothing. Is it destined for the bin :(
Warrenty is well gone. And I don't have the energy for arguing with shops threatening legal action etc.
Willing to bring it to repair shop

Any point in going in to an apple store?
