I received a quote of 1,250 (cash price) to touch up the following:

Sand down and repaint the bottom of the wall
Sand down and repaint wood behind the gutters
1,250 seems a little steep, or is that reasonable?

I think it is a reasonable quote. There is a lot of work in sanding down those areas and repaint.
Is that house in Bettyglen?
