Is a HCAP sufficient to supply venison to a game dealer or is there a separate game meat handling course needed for that?

No is the correct answer but I doubt you'd be turned away. You need the Large Wild Game Handling course to be legit.

Any Game Dealer will want a copy of your Large Wild Game Handling Certificate for their records otherwise they'll not be able to accept the carcass as it's destined for the human food chain.
