How much would it cost to paint this exterior (Dublin)?

I received a quote of 1,250 (cash price) to touch up the following:
- Sand down and repaint the black around the top 3 windows
- Sand down and repaint the 2 window sills to front
- Sand down and repaint the wood around the door
- Sand down and repaint the bottom of the wall
- Sand down and repaint wood behind the gutters
1,250 seems a little steep, or is that reasonable?
