Approx how many candidates would be interviewed for a HEO role?

    Hello all.

    Wondering if you are invited to interview for a HEO role, appoximately how many others will be in the same boat?

    Or does it depend on a load of factors.

    If its for a specific role then usually 2 days of interviews so 12 candidates. For a PAS general panel it would be more. Getting interviewers is a real problem so they don't tend to interview too many.
