Revenue MyAccount - "We are processing your most recent request. Please try again later."

    Hello,

    Hoping to get some input / opinions on this error I have with Revenue MyAccount since January of this year ( 2024 ).

    • I made no recent requests
    • I have no outstanding requests

    I get this error when I click on "Manage your tax 2024":

    "We are processing your most recent request.

    Please try again later."

    I have an enquiry open since January, no reply. I have called the helpdesk, they said they will escalate it, have called twice, still no reply

    Any idea what this might be ? - I have credits to modify and receipts to submit :-(
