I've been warned for the following post

I contacted the mod in question as I completely disagree with this warning and mod advised I do down the DRP route so here I am

I disagree my post was in anyway personal because I was attacking the posts and in no way the poster

Can I get this warning reviewed please.

Can I add another warning to this same ticket? A warning from the same thread which is more laughable than the original one

Also, re the other warning you wish to query, how recent is it?

On what basis are you challenging the warning? What is your reasoning for believing it should be overturned?

I can also see that 6 weeks previous to this warning, you were given a warning by a different moderator for saying the exact same thing to the exact same poster. Can you account for this too please?

I'm challenging the warning because it has no basis, I was attacking the posts as it was lies

The difference between the 6 weeks ago warning and the 17th is I didn't challenge because I did got hot under the collar and attacked the poster, I completely own up to that but this latest warning really is clutching at straws

While you spotted that warning from 6 weeks, have you noticed the one from 20th March and what are your thoughts on it please?

I see a warning on March 18th, I assume that is the one you are referring to? It is the most recent one on your account. There is nothing on March 20th

Apologies you are right it's the 18th, I was thinking of the date of when I PM the mod on it which was the 20th

OK, the warning on the 18th I can deal with now.

It was a zero point warning for discussing something there is a clear mod warning about in post #1 and it's a matter that is currently before the courts. There is no wiggle room whatsoever on this warning - it is upheld.

Re the warning from the 17th that you have outlined above, let me speak to the mod. I will get back to you shortly

I know I got 0 points on that warning but I just felt I wasnt discussing any finite details of the case but rather a members of governments incompetence at her job.

Just feel it was extremely harsh to give any kind of warning for that
