Oil Stove not burning correctly since installation

Got an oil stove that is not burning correctly - yellow flame and slight heavy air in room - detector not tripping.

It is a fairly simple setup with a Toby Control Valve. Identical stove in another room works fine. Cannot get anyone who will come to look it.

I think it is an air/draught related issue. Not sure how it went as the other one is setup identically. Supplier says there is very little to go wrong with them, but unwilling to help me directly as I am not a registered professional.

There is sufficient ventilation in the room.

What type of manometer would I need to measure the draft in the chimney?

    Thanks.
