    Hi I bought a small apt many years ago by cash, so no mortgage.

    Now I am considering to sell it, but wondering where is the house deeds? I never received it....

    I've asked my solicitor who helped with this purchase many years ago, but have received no answer..

    So my question is: do I need the house deeds if I want to sell this apt? If so, how to find it?
